Job summary

Raft is seeking a Software Reliability Engineer to analyze test results, coordinate with development teams for bug fixes, and develop automated test scenarios for performance testing. The role emphasizes hands-on creation and maintenance of automated tests to ensure robust software delivery.

Requirements include 3+ years with Java, React, Angular, Python, and related tooling; experience with web services, OAuth/OAuth2, and XML/JSON validation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Java, React, Angular, Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Python
• Experience using GET/PUT/POST/DELETE and validating XML/JSON payloads
• Familiar with OAuth and OAuth2 authentication mechanisms
• Experience with load and security testing of web services
• Experience designing and developing test automation scripts
• Familiar with test automation guidelines
• Willing to obtain SAFe for Teams, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, Agile Technical Tester, & Implementing Test Process Improvement certifications within a year

Responsibilities

• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams to fix bugs
• Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing
• Review and suggest improvements to existing test procedures
• Coordinate with testing team to develop performance test plans and cases
• Research issues through testing to validate feedback, response time, and error codes
• Design and develop test automation scripts to create, enhance, debug, and run test cases
