Raft is looking for a Lead AI/ML Software Engineer to evolve the architecture of its [R]AIMS platform. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and optimize platform performance in a hands-on capacity.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building production systems, particularly with AI/ML, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures. The role is remote within the U.S. with a salary ranging from $180,000 to $230,000.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in building production software systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong experience in designing distributed systems.
