Job summary

Daxko is seeking a Project Manager to lead implementation of our software solutions for new customers, managing the experience from kickoff to launch. You will coordinate multiple projects, align customers with internal teams, and ensure a smooth path to go-live with a defined implementation framework.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams, keep documentation current, escalate issues early, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or implementation with a customer-facing focus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Clear, confident communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for small and mid-size projects from kickoff to launch.
• Launch each assigned customer within four months of project start.
• Run weekly check-ins with customers and internal teams to report status and flag risk early.
• Partner with the ETL Data team to support customer data analysis and resolve questions.
• Keep project documentation current and useful for relied-upon teams.
• Escalate problems early, with context, so they’re resolved promptly.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (about 25% of the time).
