Markage is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our fully remote U.S. team.

You will be responsible for leading the practical implementation of Studio Access for new and expanding clients. This includes configuring workflows, collecting technical and operational requirements, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the client is fully set up to begin receiving consistent delivery.

You will work closely with Client Onboarding, Studio Managers, and internal production teams. Your focus is to turn a signed client into a fully operational account with clear processes, correct access, and aligned expectations.

Strong project coordination, clear communication, and reliable follow-through are essential. This is a fully remote role that requires ownership and attention to detail.

Essential duties:

• Lead the implementation process for new and expanding Studio Access clients.
• Gather and document technical, operational, and access requirements from clients.
• Coordinate internal teams to complete setup and configuration tasks on time.
• Ensure all required tools, access, and workflows are correctly established.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the implementation period.
• Identify and resolve implementation blockers quickly.
• Complete a clean handoff to the ongoing Studio Manager and Client Success team.
• Keep accurate records of implementation status, decisions, and completed steps.

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience in client implementation, onboarding, project coordination, or similar client-facing delivery roles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation workstreams simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) or higher Professional-level Dex credential in the Sales & Customer Success domain.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience implementing services or subscriptions for small and mid-sized businesses.
• Familiarity with project management or client success tools.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Strong documentation and process discipline.
