Job summary

Remotedxb seeks an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end software implementations for clients. You will gather requirements, configure systems, develop plans, and collaborate with clients and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will document progress, train users, support testing, and identify process improvements while communicating risks and status to stakeholders. This remote role requires strong communication, documentation, and quick learning of new systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, Coordinator, or Consultant.
• Experience managing or supporting software, system, or product implementations.
• Experience gathering requirements and coordinating implementation activities.
• Experience working with clients, users, or technical teams.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, or user onboarding.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• English proficiency required.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable setup for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion
• Gather and analyze client or business requirements
• Configure systems, platforms, tools, or solutions according to requirements
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and technical teams
• Monitor implementation progress, milestones, and deadlines
• Conduct system testing and configuration validation
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues
• Provide training and support to users during onboarding
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation and project reports
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Coordinate data migration and system integrations
• Support user acceptance testing
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes
