Remotedxb is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to drive software implementations from planning to completion. You will gather client requirements, configure systems, and develop detailed project plans.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, monitor milestones, test configurations, train users, and document changes. This remote role emphasizes proactive communication and process improvement across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Implementation Specialist, Coordinator, or Consultant.
• Experience managing or supporting software, system, or product implementations.
• Experience gathering requirements and coordinating implementation activities.
• Experience working with clients, users, or technical teams.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, or user onboarding.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Reliable internet connection and setup for remote work.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion.
• Gather and analyze client or business requirements.
• Configure systems, platforms, tools, or solutions accordingly.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and technical teams.
• Monitor implementation progress, milestones, and deadlines.
