Job summary

HP Solutions (HPS), the Digital Services division, seeks a strategic, data-driven leader to drive GTM strategy and business planning across its Software portfolio.

You will own the annual and quarterly planning cadence with Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance, define GTM plans, growth metrics, and enable launches across global markets. This senior role focuses on recurring revenue and platform-led execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, GTM planning, business planning, or similar roles in a technology or software environment.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and managing cross-functional business planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM planning cadence (annual planning, QBRs), ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Translate strategy into execution, defining clear GTM plans, pipeline assumptions, and coverage models
• Drive software growth planning, including recurring revenue (ARR, GRR, NRR) and subscription strategies
• Define and track GTM KPIs, providing visibility into performance drivers and execution gaps
• Align cross-functional teams on targets, priorities, and execution plans across global and market teams
• Ensure launch readiness, supporting product and solution launches with strong enablement and market adoption
• Generate actionable insights from performance, pipeline, and market signals to inform decisions
• Identify risks and opportunities, driving corrective actions to improve execution and accelerate growth
• Strengthen planning rigor and governance, improving forecast accuracy and consistency across the business
