HP Solutions (HPS), the Digital Services division, seeks a strategic, data-driven leader to drive GTM strategy and business planning across its Software portfolio.
You will own the annual and quarterly planning cadence with Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance, define GTM plans, growth metrics, and enable launches across global markets. This senior role focuses on recurring revenue and platform-led execution in a fast-paced environment.
GTM Strategy & Planning - Software Description - HP Solutions (HPS) is the global business unit that brings together all commercial services & software teams across HP under one leader with a goal of providing a comprehensive portfolio of compelling services and solutions to our enterprise, mid-market, and in partnership with our strategic channel partners, to the SMB segment. The Digital Services division brings together Software products and platforms from across HP, including our robust Print, Document and Workflow Management suite, our Wolf security solutions or the new DEX offering Workforce Experience platform, a cloud-native, AI-driven Employee Experience platform. Digital Services Global Category team is all about collaborating across HPS and our Commercial Organization to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers, partners and business. Accountable for helping achieve HPS growth targets, by driving increased solutions adoption, defining pricing strategy, and delivering market enablement globally. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to drive Software GTM Strategy & Business Planning across our Digital Services portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role at the core of our software growth engine—connecting strategy to execution, shaping go-to-market plans, and driving planning rigor across the business. Playing a key role in accelerating our transition to a platform-led model, with a strong focus on recurring revenue, GTM effectiveness, and scalable execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a self-starter who thrives in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $190,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
