Job summary

HP seeks a Global Business Unit Lead in Digital Services to drive financial partnering, long-range planning, and transformation toward Software/Services/SaaS. You will support strategy execution, develop business cases, and deliver data-driven insights using SaaS metrics such as ARR and churn.

You will mentor analysts, lead complex analyses, and influence leadership through compelling storytelling while collaborating with business partners on KPI development and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial mgmt, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into financial models, one-pagers, and five-year plans.
• Manage investment planning, initiative spend, and ROI tracking.
• Prepare analyses and oversee capital optimization initiatives.
