The role emphasizes recurring revenue, GTM effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in strategy, GTM planning, business planning, or similar roles in tech or software.
• Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and cross-functional planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM planning cadence (annual planning, QBRs) across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Translate strategy into execution with clear GTM plans and pipeline assumptions.
• Drive software growth planning including ARR, GRR, and NRR and subscription strategies.
• Define and track GTM KPIs and provide visibility into performance drivers.
• Align cross-functional teams on targets and execution plans globally and in-market.
• Ensure launch readiness and provide enablement for product and solution launches.
• Generate insights from performance data to inform decisions and actions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions to accelerate growth.
• Strengthen planning governance and improve forecast accuracy.
