Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple Software Engineering teams delivering commercial payments, corporate card, business spend, and financial integration solutions.
• Drive execution of engineering roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer outcomes.
• Guide system architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices across multiple teams.
• Oversee delivery of API, ERP, and third-party system integrations.
• Champion SRE principles, operational excellence, and system availability.
• Own production operations, incident management, on-call readiness, release governance, and service recovery.
• Ensure adherence to security, risk, compliance, and data protection standards in regulated environments.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and business stakeholders to manage priorities and delivery commitments.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Lead distributed teams, including contractors and vendor partners, to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
