U.S. Bank seeks a Sr. Systems group Manager – Management Systems Development to lead engineering and operations for enterprise applications supporting governance, resiliency, and visibility across hybrid environments.

This leader drives end-to-end ownership, architecture, and the delivery of in-house platforms used across the bank. You will guide a team of engineers, align roadmaps with enterprise standards, and ensure reliable, scalable systems while partnering across multiple organizations for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years experience in management and leadership roles.
• 10+ years experience in a total IT environment.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and support of enterprise server inventory and governance across hybrid/on-prem environments.
• Own multiple applications with high availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop automation for self-service network/server management to reduce overhead.
• Drive automation, APIs, and self-service platforms to improve efficiency and scale.
• Oversee production support, incident response, problem management, release and change control processes.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities and standards.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for platform health, resiliency, and risk reduction.
• Lead and coach engineers and Agile resources across infrastructure, application, security, audit, and compliance groups.
