Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Payments Sales Consultant to orchestrate a full spectrum of payment and deposit solutions across client segments. You will serve as the unified face of the payments ecosystem, driving end-to-end solutions with liquidity, receivables, and merchant services.

The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week, with a focus on strategic advisory for ICG Relationship Managers and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and sales skills.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships.
• Well-developed written communication and verbal presentation skills.
• Deep expertise in Treasury Management services including liquidity, receivables, payments, and trade.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain portfolio revenue through proactive account planning and executive multi-threading.
• Lead discovery conversations to translate client needs into integrated payments and liquidity solutions.
• Coordinate with ICG RMs and product/implementation teams for seamless handoffs and visibility across the sales cycle.
• Prioritize payment opportunities for ICG RMs and provide pricing/ profitability insights.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, AML, BSA and related policies and training.
