Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years with Python or a comparable language, plus writing tests.
• 3+ years building or integrating APIs, services, data workflows, or production systems.
• 3+ years working across application code, data transformations, and operational tooling.
• 2+ years advanced SQL expertise, preferably BigQuery, incl. scripting and optimization.
• 2+ years Kimball dimensional modeling (grain, conformed dimensions, SCDs).
• 2+ years production experience with Airflow or Cloud Composer and Python for ETL.
• 2+ years hands-on with cloud data platforms (GCP, BigQuery, IAM).
• 1+ year experience with a BI/semantic layer such as Superset or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop software across Python, SQL, and workflow code following team standards.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks; collaborate with data engineers and HR partners.
• Participate in code reviews and write automated tests for logic and data contracts.
• Build and maintain BigQuery transformations and models with proper conventions.
• Implement workforce metric definitions in SQL and BI integrations.
• Document changes and support Superset datasets and dashboard integrations.
