Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications. The role involves solving complex problems with minimal supervision, mentoring juniors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.

Requirements include an active TS/SCI with MD polygraph (last poly within 7 years) and strong Python experience. Candidates should be proficient in multiple languages and SDLC/Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with MD polygraph is required. Last Poly within last 7 years.
• BS + 7 years experience is required.
• Solid experience in Python is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications.
• Analyze complex technical issues and perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Fix bugs and resolve software defects, including escalated tickets from Level 1 support.
• Write clean, well-documented code adhering to coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to design solutions and deliver features.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and support their growth.
• Contribute to process improvements and system architecture.
