Job summary

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architecture and processes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with MD polygraph; last poly within 7 years.
• BS degree plus 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Solid experience in Python is required.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, and Go.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile environments.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and networking concepts.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications.
• Analyze complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Fix bugs and resolve defects, including escalated tickets.
• Write clean, well-documented code adhering to standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to design solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and foster growth.
• Contribute to process improvement and system architecture.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain uptime.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and guides.
