Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced software engineer to contribute to scalable enterprise applications across digital channels. You will evaluate architectural needs, design solutions, and implement software using modern patterns and cloud services.

You will participate in agile ceremonies and work closely with senior engineers to deliver robust features. The role emphasizes design quality, maintainability, and performance, with a focus on scalable systems and cross-functional collaboration within

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a computer science/engineering field is required.
Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures and design patterns.
Experience with REST/HTTPS and JSON in web services.
Experience with agile development and code reviews.
Experience with enterprise integrations and cloud platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs.
Write code adhering to standards and perform code reviews.
Contribute to idea generation and select appropriate technical solutions.
Participate in all scrum ceremonies and assist in sprint planning.
Create tasks for stories and track progress in RTC or Jira.
Monitor progress and report issues to senior developers.
