Job summary

enGen is seeking a skilled software engineer to join an agile team building scalable applications across digital channels. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment, using modern languages and cloud technologies.

The role emphasizes architectural thinking, code quality, and collaboration in Scrum ceremonies to deliver robust enterprise solutions using Oracle OCI and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field.
• 1 year of proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and scalable systems.
• 1 year of experience in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, ACE, IIB/ITX, Informatica preferred) and experience with at least two of React, Angular, NodeJS, NoSQL, HTML5, CSS, GCP or AWS.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-native application development.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle ATP databases and Oracle APEX/Visual Builder Cloud Service.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engineering specifications for software applications.
• Write code adhering to coding standards and perform code reviews.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, assist in sprint planning and execute sprints.
• Monitor progress and report issues to senior developers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure scalability and performance of solutions.
• Create tasks for stories in RTC or Jira and manage status.
