Job summary

enGen is seeking a software engineer to join an agile team building scalable applications for digital channels. You will contribute to architectural decisions, drive implementation, and collaborate across the full software lifecycle.

The role requires US citizenship, a strong foundation in CS/CE, and hands-on experience with modern programming languages and REST/HTTP services. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field.
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and write engineering specifications; perform code reviews.
• Generate ideas and select appropriate technical solutions for scalable, high-performance software.
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies; assist in sprint planning and execution from design to deployment.
• Create tasks for user stories; update status in RTC or Jira.
• Monitor progress and report issues to senior engineers.
