Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced software engineer to join an agile team building scalable applications across digital channels. You will contribute to architectural decisions, design and implement software using Java, Python, and modern web technologies, and participate in all stages from idea to production.

The role requires strong problem solving, collaboration in scrum ceremonies, and a commitment to coding standards, code reviews, and robust documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
1+ year in algorithms, data structures, and scalable systems.
Experience with modern languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable software applications.
Contribute in agile Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
Create engineering specifications and perform code reviews.
