Innova Solutions is seeking a Software Developer for a client located in Holland, IL 60473. You will design, develop, and enhance modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions to modernize the technology ecosystem for laboratory quality services and customer programs.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into digital journeys, analyze data to support decisions, and drive automation and optimization across systems, all while upholding governance and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Eng, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience building web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC.

What You Bring

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in one or more technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience developing modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with UI/UX design, user research, and responsive web design.
• A proven track record of contributing to website redesigns, digital modernization programs, or customer experience initiatives.
• Ability to develop wireframes, mockups, or user experience recommendations.
• Knowledge of statistics, data analytics, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
• Exposure to laboratory, quality management, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Understanding of proficiency testing programs, reference materials, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17043, or laboratory quality systems.
• Experience within mining, minerals, environmental, industrial, or scientific testing industries.

Pay Range & Benefits

Pay Range*: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
