MiTek is seeking a software implementation specialist to lead deployment of our software solutions at customer sites, ensuring smooth configurations and strong customer satisfaction.

You will install, configure and train users, analyze needs, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. Expect up to 70% travel nationwide and a role rooted in practical problem-solving and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years in Building Component Industry
• Able to read prints and schematics and use a tape measure

Responsibilities

• Manage the project of converting client's software suite from older platform or competitor software
• Perform needs analysis of existing client software configurations and recommend tailored solutions
• Install, configure, and train users on company's Software Suite
• Communicate identified software issues and potential enhancements to product management
• Provide demonstration of software functionalities to potential customers
• Update sales teams and clients on the status of ongoing software conversions
• Collaborate with team members for troubleshooting and improving software deployment processes
