Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and deliver world class service.
• Assist in Soft Goods areas to maintain premier stock and visuals.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, and promotions.
• Keep Soft Goods areas clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers.
• Provide feedback to management on merchandising opportunities to improve the shopping experience.
