Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore seeks a customer-focused associate to engage customers in men’s and women’s apparel, juniors, footwear, and fittings. You’ll support front-end operations, maintain stock, and provide expert product knowledge to drive sales and a top-tier shopping experience.

Responsibilities include handling returns and exchanges, staying up to date on promotions, and collaborating with the sales team to build lasting customer relationships. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills with cross-functional ability.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lb, and operate in a retail setting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in Soft Goods areas and provide world-class service.
• Assist with front-end operations including returns, exchanges, and promotions.
• Maintain premiere stock levels and visual presentation in Soft Goods areas.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promote offerings to customers.
• Provide feedback to management on merchandising opportunities and customer needs.
