Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in the United States is seeking a Soft Goods Associate to engage Customers in Men’s & Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, and fittings, driving sales and delivering a top-notch shopping experience. You will assist with front-end operations, keep merchandise stocked and visually appealing, share product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to keep the store running smoothly.

The role requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Candidates must have strong listening and interpersonal skills. They must possess good verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate cross-functionally.
Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
Assist in front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, promotions, gift cards, and loyalty program rewards.
Maintain merchandise presence in Soft Goods areas (Men’s & Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms) at a premiere stock and visual level.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of Soft Goods categories and explain features, benefits, and differences to Customers.
Provide feedback to management on operational and merchandising opportunities to maintain best-in-class Customer experience.
