PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Soft Goods Associate to engage Customers in Men's & Women's Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, and Fitting Rooms, driving sales and enhancing the Customer experience. You will help with returns, exchanges, promotions, and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing while offering expert product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in Soft Goods areas and provide world-class service.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation in Men’s/Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms.
• Assist with front-end operations (returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, loyalty rewards).
• Maintain clean, professional Soft Goods areas and equipment.
