• Engage with customers to provide world-class service in Soft Goods areas
• Maintain a premiere stock and visual presentation of Men’s/Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, and Fitting Rooms
• Assist with front-end operations (returns, exchanges, promotions, gift cards, loyalty rewards) as needed
• Keep Soft Goods areas clean, stocked, and operating smoothly
• Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features/benefits to customers
• Provide feedback to management on merchandising and operational opportunities
