Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore seeks a friendly Soft Goods Associate to enhance the customer experience in our store. You will engage customers across apparel, juniors, footwear, and fitting rooms, contributing to a premier shopping environment.

Role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while maintaining a neat, well-stocked area with expert product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales, customer service or related experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Engage Customers throughout the Soft Goods areas (Men’s and Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms).
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations like returns, exchanges, gift cards, and loyalty programs.
• Keep Soft Goods areas merchandised to a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales.
• Ensure all Soft Goods areas, equipment, and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and differences to Customers.
