Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our Minnetonka location. You will engage customers in the cashier and club desk areas, processing returns, exchanges, and promotions while maintaining a clean front-end.

Provide product information, answer questions, and help drive sales through excellent service. You will handle payments securely, stay informed on promotions, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the cashier and club desk areas to deliver world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Provide product information and assist customers with questions.
• Maintain clean, organized front-end areas and merchandise presence.
• Handle payments securely and in accordance with SOPs.
• Stay updated on promotions and store events and communicate to customers.
• Promote store offerings and educate customers on services and products.
• Provide feedback on opportunities to improve customer experience.
