Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Soft Goods Associate to deliver world-class service across men’s and women’s apparel, juniors, footwear, and related areas. You will assist with front-end operations, keep merchandise well-stocked, and maintain a clean, professional store environment.

You will build strong customer relationships, apply product knowledge to explain features and benefits, and support promotions and events to drive sales and a top-tier shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with proactive drive for results.
• Keen to learn business basics and retail operations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Assist across Soft Goods areas (Men’s/Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, Fitting Rooms).
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations (returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty rewards, promotions).
• Keep Soft Goods areas visually appealing and well-stocked to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the Soft Goods area and equipment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers.
• Support merchandising promotions and events to sustain strong store presence.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Service Manager on operational opportunities.
