Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an enthusiastic Soft Goods Associate to help drive sales and deliver a premium customer experience. You will engage customers in men’s and women’s apparel, juniors, footwear, and clearance while keeping merchandise well stocked and visually appealing.

Responsibilities include assisting with front-end operations, processing returns and exchanges, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, professional store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Able to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Work requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lb.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service.
• Assist in soft goods areas (apparel, juniors, footwear, clearance, fitting rooms) to drive sales.
• Maintain merchandise presence and visual standards in the store.
• Handle front-end operations like returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Provide product knowledge and promote offerings to customers.
