Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work preferred; bachelor's degree in a related field accepted with qualifying experience.
• 2+ years of direct social services experience with a master's degree or 3+ years with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with homeless individuals, families, or vulnerable populations; knowledge of housing services and public benefits.
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in a social services program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and electronic documentation systems.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff supervision, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.
• Oversee staff onboarding, program orientation, training, and development.
• Monitor daily program activities and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support crisis response, investigate client incidents, and ensure required reports are completed.
• Ensure timely completion of case records, program documentation, and reporting.
• Oversee client assistance resources and coordinate with internal teams and community partners.
