Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree is required.

• Technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and crisis management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of case management and housing services.
• Supervise case management supervisors and staff with coaching and performance management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits.
• Promote trauma-informed, client-centered services and crisis response.
• Monitor program metrics, data quality, and implementation of improvements.
• Collaborate with program leadership and partners, serving as acting program lead when needed.
