TAG MedStaffing is seeking a Licensed Social Work Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary outreach team in Brooklyn, NY or Queens, NY. You will provide clinical guidance, supervise staff, and coordinate housing placement services for individuals experiencing homelessness.

You will oversee crisis intervention, ensure quality service delivery, and collaborate with partners to improve client housing outcomes, all while maintaining documentation and compliance with program standards.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• Active NY LMSW license is required.
• 1+ years supervisory experience in social services or homelessness services preferred.
• Knowledge of Housing First, Harm Reduction, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with case management databases preferred.
• Driver's license (NY/NJ/CT/PA) required; bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
