• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.
• Oversee staff onboarding, orientation, training, and development.
• Monitor daily program activities and service delivery.
• Support crisis response and prepare required reports.
• Ensure timely case records and program documentation.
• Oversee client resources and coordinate with partners.
