Urban Pathways in New York City seeks a Social Services Supervisor to oversee clinical and case management functions within the Social Service Department, ensuring the ongoing best practice approach of program functioning and compliance with regulatory agency policies and procedures.

You will supervise the social service team, coordinate housing-related tasks, and ensure documentation and service plans are completed in a timely, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical field is required.
• MSW preferred for licensure and clinical expertise.
• Minimum two years of clinical and supervisory experience preferred.
• Professional license (LCSW) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations and clinical staff in the absence of leadership.
• Provides leadership and training to social service team members.
• Offers administrative and programmatic supervision to case management staff.
• Conducts performance reviews for staff and provides coaching.
