Urban Pathways, Inc. in New York, NY, is seeking a Social Services Supervisor to oversee clinical and case management operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate housing-related tasks, and ensure compliance with policy and funding guidelines.

The role requires a master’s degree in a clinical field (MSW preferred) with 2+ years of supervisory experience; LCSW is a plus. You’ll work in a hybrid setting and support vulnerable populations served by Urban Pathways.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical field required; MSW preferred.
• Minimum two years' clinical and supervisory experience preferred.
• Professional license (LCSW) preferred.
• Experience with homeless and mentally-ill population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and case management functions of the Social Service Department.
• Provide leadership and supervision to social service team members.
• Conduct probationary and annual performance reviews for staff.
• Coordinate housing-related tasks and community resources.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain on-call support for emergency needs 24/7.
