Job summary

S:US is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor for our transitional shelter in Brooklyn, NY. The role leads Case Managers, providing clinical supervision and guidance on mental health, substance use, and crisis response.

You will implement on-site supportive services, coordinate with HASA-EPU for admissions and closures, and help ensure housing readiness and daily living supports for clients.

Qualifications

• MSW degree required; two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Clinical experience with HIV/AIDS, substance use disorders, mental illness, and homelessness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance and clinical supervision to Case Managers.
• Address mental health, substance use concerns, suicide prevention, psychiatric emergencies and client-related incidents.
• Develop and maintain on-site supportive services, including peer support, relapse prevention, housing readiness, ADL groups and health education.
• Serve as liaison to HASA-EPU for admissions and room closures.
