Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience and 3+ years of experience supporting vulnerable populations.
• Experience in homeless services, supportive housing, behavioral health, human services, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic case management or program reporting systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily case management and housing services.
• Supervise case management supervisors and program staff, providing coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and documentation.
• Promote trauma-informed, client-centered services with crisis response and housing placement support.
• Monitor program metrics, oversee documentation, review program data, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with leadership and external stakeholders to support program initiatives and serve as acting program lead when needed.
