• Plans, schedules, assigns, and supervises work of program personnel.
• Trains staff on procedures; monitors progress and ensures accuracy and compliance.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides salary/hiring recommendations.
• Interview clients to determine eligibility and assist with applications.
• Prepares and files client records and statistical reports; maintains confidentiality.
• Administers budget and reviews expenditures for alignment with funds.
