Job summary

The Salvation Army A Georgia Corp in Arcadia and Port Charlotte seeks a Social Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at both locations, including The Village, Pathway of Hope, Baby Boutique, Choice Pantry, SAHelp and the emergency canteen in Port Charlotte.

You will lead program staff, manage case management, client eligibility, referrals and confidential records, and ensure HMIS data entry compliance across both sites, while building partnerships and coordinating public funding

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Four years of social services experience, including at least one year in supervision.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Experience with HMIS data entry and program reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day social service operations at Arcadia and Port Charlotte locations.
• Lead program staff, supervise, train, and evaluate performance.
• Manage client eligibility, case management, referrals, and confidential records.
• Develop community partnerships and secure funding and volunteers.
• Ensure HMIS data entry and documentation compliance across locations.
