• Maintain accurate client records and HMIS data entry per regulations.
• Coordinate with area partners to grow services and resources.
• Develop staff training and monitor program outcomes and grants.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and timely crisis response.
• Prepare reports for annual divisional review and grant reporting.
