Job summary

Qualifications

• B.A. degree in social work or related field (MSW preferred) and five years' experience in social services, including supervisory.
• Experience working with clients, staff, and diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and supervision to Food Pantry Services Aides and supervise related programs.
• Ensure accurate data collection in HMIS Wellsky and client files.
• Develop staff training opportunities and monitor program outcomes.
• Coordinate with external providers to expand services in Glendale/Burbank.
• Assist with grant reporting and ensure compliance with contracts and grants.
