Job summary

Blueprints is seeking a Coordinator for the Building Futures Department to support program participants through intake, assessment and individualized goal planning. You will facilitate workshops, maintain contact with participants, and refer them to community resources while advocating for access to services.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance, with collaboration across the team and partners to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Coordinator II requires a Bachelor’s degree AND HUD Housing Counselor Exam.
• Involves intake, assessment, goal planning, guidance and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, assessment, individualized goal planning, and ongoing guidance to participants.
• Facilitate workshops and program activities.
• Maintain regular communication with participants and advocate for their needs.
