Job summary

Blueprints is seeking a Coordinator for the Building Futures Department to support participants through intake, assessment, and goal planning. The role involves guiding participants, coordinating referrals, and documenting services while maintaining confidentiality.

You will lead workshops, collaborate with community partners, and ensure access to services that promote participant success within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• HUD Housing Counselor Exam completion is required for Coordinator II.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and assessment support to program participants.
• Facilitate workshops and program activities.
• Maintain regular communication with participants and advocate for their needs.
• Ensure access to appropriate services for participants.
• Document participant services and outcomes accurately and confidentially.
• Comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and community partners to enhance program effectiveness.
