Job summary

Blueprints is seeking a Coordinator for our Building Futures Department to support participants through intake, assessment, and personalized goal planning. The role involves facilitating workshops, coordinating services, and maintaining ongoing communication with participants to promote success.

The Coordinator II position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field, with compelling candidate education including completion of the HUD Housing Counselor Exam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• HUD Housing Counselor Exam completion is required for Coordinator II.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to program participants through intake, assessment, individualized goal planning, ongoing guidance, and referrals to community resources.
• Facilitate workshops and program activities, and maintain regular communication with participants.
• Advocate for participants' needs while ensuring access to services, and document services and outcomes accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with organizational and regulatory requirements; collaborate with team members and community partners to enhance program effectiveness.
