Blueprints is seeking a Program Supervisor for Connecting Children and Families (Kinship Support/Recruitment) to oversee daily operations of assigned programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Blueprints policies.

The role supervises staff, supports professional development, assists with budget oversight, and drives recruitment, certification, and retention of resource parents; works with quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and overseeing program operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned programs in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise staff performance and promote professional development.
• Assist with budget oversight and resource allocation.
• Lead recruitment, certification, and retention of resource parents.
• Coordinate crisis intervention and on-call coverage 24/7.
