Job summary

Blueprints seeks a dedicated caseworker to provide in-home life skills training and case management for youth. You will maintain progress reports, coordinate with Washington County Children and Youth Services, and refer participants to community resources.

The role requires building strong relationships with youths and working within contractual requirements while collaborating with multiple agencies to achieve treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience working with children and families preferred.
• Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice System experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with youth across developmental stages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain written documentation of all youth in the program including progress reports and plans.
• Provide case management services for all referred participants.
• Establish positive relationships with youth and coordinate with agencies.
