Job summary

Blueprints is seeking a Coordinator for the Building Futures Department to support program participants through intake, assessment and individualized goal planning. You will facilitate workshops, maintain contact with participants, and refer them to community resources while advocating for access to services.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance, with collaboration across the team and partners to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Coordinator II requires a Bachelor’s degree AND HUD Housing Counselor Exam.
• Involves intake, assessment, goal planning, guidance and referrals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or related field.

Coordinator II: Bachelors’ Degree AND Successful Completion of the HUD Housing Counselor Exam.

This role provides direct support to program participants through intake, assessment, individualized goal planning, ongoing guidance, and referrals to community resources. The position facilitates workshops and program activities, maintains regular communication with participants, and advocates for their needs while ensuring access to appropriate services. Responsibilities also include accurate documentation of participant services and outcomes, maintaining confidentiality, and complying with organizational and regulatory requirements. In addition, the role collaborates with team members and community partners to enhance program effectiveness, support participant success, and increase awareness of available services.
