Belmont University is seeking a diligent student to support the Office Manager and Administrative Assistant with daily tasks. The role involves clerical duties, mail sorting, posting flyers, and assisting professors as needed.
The position requires basic Microsoft Office skills, current student enrollment at Belmont University, and a willingness to learn in a Christ-centered environment. Candidates will gain hands-on office experience while contributing to campus operations.

To support Office Manager and Administrative Assistant with daily tasks as needed.
Minimal lifting the majority of your time is sitting and running errands.
Covering the Administrative Assistant desk when she is away for a meeting or lunch.
Answering the phone, greeting guest and directing guest to the office or classroom.
Assisting professors with daily tasks upon request.
Sorting the mail
Pick up convocation scanners
Posting flyers

Must be enrolled as a current student at Belmont University.
Previous office experience helpful but not required.
